Which one is better in medicine? Americans or Germans?

Though Germans have made some outstanding accomplishments in medicine, Americans also developed some very useful treatments. It's difficult to say who's better. Germans lead in medicine, but America has developed some very museful medicines as well. I think if they share ideas, equipment, and work together, they can go farther than anyone in medicine. Germany has been around much longer than America has, so if you're going to count accomplishments in medicine, you'll probably have to only count the last 200 years or so.
