my dentist and ortodontist said to use crest because it kills the germs better and i use crest. i use to have colgate but it didn't work that great so then i changed to crest and i don't have a problem. plus crest has a stronger smell to it to where it kills the germs

A girl in my school when I was going, did a project about toothpastes as well and she found out that colgate actually strips your enamel off of your teeth. I use Tom's of Main non flourinated toothpaste only because flouride aids in the growth of Alzheimers. Which isn't what I need due to the fact that its in my genes.
