I mean the excess of which one causes higher bone age?
Answers:
I believe he answer to be estrogen. Post menopause when women are deficient in Estrogen, osteoporosis is much more prevelant. This is the cause of the controversy over Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) as supplemental Estrogen may cause cancer.
well.if i understand u right..i think u mean bone density.whick is affected by estrogen but its deffieciency not excess
Bone thickness (and quite possibly bone age) is more affected by testosterone. Why? Men have bigger bones. Enough said.
I believe estrogen. Because estrogen actually protects us from osteoporosis which is a condition which bones start to get more brittle because calcium stores start to decrease in bones. That happens when you get older. for females when they get older they start to produce less estrogen then they become more suspectible to osteoporosis.

Which has a greater influence on the risk of developing heart disease, total dietary fat or the type of fat.
eaten?
Answers:
Its the saturated fat that gets depodited in the arteries. We have two types of cholestrol - a good one and a bad one.
Not all the cholesterol in your blood comes from the cholesterol you eat. In fact, your liver knows how to make cholesterol and does so depending on your body's need for cholesterol based substances like hormones and bile. Some researchers have proven that blood cholesterol is fueled more by liver produced cholesterol than cholesterol from food
Type of Fat, HDLs are better than LDLs. All said and done the type of fat ultimately is determined by the diet.
type of fat definitely determines the risk of heart disease..there r hdl(high density lipids),ldl(low) and vldl(very low)..the most beneficial lipid is hdl as it is readily absorbed and doesnt contribute to cholestrol formation.but ldl and vldl do contribute..even pufa(poly unsaturated fatty acids) and mufa(mono unsaturated fatty acids) dont form cholestrol in blood..
type of fat.
heart disease is a complex disease, and it has many factors that predispose someone to this disease. the risks include diet, genetics, smoking, lifestyle, smoking, etc. As for diet, eating saturated fat has a greater influence in developing heart disease. Saturated fat includes chicken skin, animal fats/oils, etc. This as well as other factors increase a person's risk to developing heart disease.
This will come as a shocker to people because its not common sense but. Diet in respect to fat amount or type has no statistically measurable effect on risk of heart diseaseThe Women's Health Initiative Randomized Controlled Dietary Modification Trial Low-Fat Dietary Pattern and Risk of Cardiovascular Disease:resultsBy year 6, mean fat intake decreased by 8.2% of energy intake in the intervention vs the comparison group, with small decreases in saturated (2.9%), monounsaturated (3.3%), and polyunsaturated (1.5%) fat; increases occurred in intakes of vegetables/fruits (1.1 servings/d) and grains (0.5 serving/d). Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, diastolic blood pressure, and factor VIIc levels were significantly reduced by 3.55 mg/dL, 0.31 mm Hg, and 4.29%, respectively; levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, and insulin did not significantly differ in the intervention vs comparison groups. The numbers who developed CHD, stroke, and CVD (annualized incidence rates) were 1000 (0.63%), 434 (0.28%), and 1357 (0.86%) in the intervention and 1549 (0.65%), 642 (0.27%), and 2088 (0.88%) in the comparison group. The diet had no significant effects on incidence of CHD (hazard ratio [HR], 0.97; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.90-1.06), stroke (HR, 1.02; 95% CI, 0.90-1.15), or CVD (HR, 0.98; 95% CI, 0.92-1.05). Excluding participants with baseline CVD (3.4%), the HRs (95% CIs) for CHD and stroke were 0.94 (0.86-1.02) and 1.02 (0.90-1.17), respectively. Trends toward greater reductions in CHD risk were observed in those with lower intakes of saturated fat or trans fat or higher intakes of vegetables/fruits.

Which Greek physician is known as the Father of Medicine?
Answers:
Hippocrates was a Greek physician born in 460 BC on the island of Cos, Greece. He became known as the founder of medicine and was regarded as the greatest physician of his time. He based his medical practice on observations and on the study of the human body. He held the belief that illness had a physical and a rational explanation. He rejected the views of his time that considered illness to be caused by superstitions and by possession of evil spirits and disfavor of the gods.Hippocrates held the belief that the body must be treated as a whole and not just a series of parts. He accurately described disease symptoms and was the first physician to accurately describe the symptoms of pneumonia, as well as epilepsy in children. He believed in the natural healing process of rest, a good diet, fresh air and cleanliness. He noted that there were individual differences in the severity of disease symptoms and that some individuals were better able to cope with their disease and illness than others. He was also the first physician that held the belief that thoughts, ideas, and feelings come from the brain and not the heart as others of him time believed.Hippocrates traveled throughout Greece practicing his medicine. He founded a medical school on the island of Cos, Greece and began teaching his ideas. He soon developed an Oath of Medical Ethics for physicians to follow. This Oath is taken by physicians today as they begin their medical practice. He died in 377 BC. Today Hippocrates is known as the "Father of Medicine".Designed by: Josephine Delvey
Hippocrates, hence the "Hippocratic Oath".

Which food is good for health- Veg or Non-Veg?
Some persons say that Non-Veg is not good for health.
Answers:
vegetarian food is the best food - both for you and for the sake of the animals :)
i'm a vegetarian and i'm much healthier and stronger than many of the non-vegetarians i know.
moreover i have the satisfaction of not contributing to the pain of the animals :)i'm posting a link down here under source - visit the website and read all good about vegetarianism. ohh yea.if possible.do watch the videos they have there :)
just fish food
well non veg isnt good for health of the animals. i would think as long as u get protein from an alternate source veg is ok..but an overall healthy diet would be non veg. your choice.
I don't think you can generally say which is healthier.
If you want to live as a Vegetarian you just have to be very careful and find out a lot which veggies contain which minerals etc so that you are not deficient in any of them.
I think lots of Vegetarians don't pay enough attention to that.
Most Non-Vegetarian definitely eat more meat than their body needs.
Its true that non-veg is not good for health..Numerous articles have been published to promote vegetarianism across the world. Not only to balance the ecological system, but also for the better health of human beings..So even I strongly believe that if you're a veggie then there are high chances of leading a healthy life. But given the amount of pesticides and other such chemicals used, one must be careful about the kind of food one should consume.
both da catogories of food is gud if u have a balance diet..veg is important coz..it contains lots of natural fibers..which necessary for ur body to grow..in evry way..non-veg..is important too..coz it contains a lot of vitamin d which enables resist many diseases..but too much of it is unhealthy coz when animals are slaughtered..they have an increase rate of adernal gland in then which causes..anxiety..n anger n frusturation..when we intake them in high quantity..they can cause an increase in our system too which can be a major cause of diseases..such as increase level of anxity..blood pressure.cholestrol..etc..howe. exercises..can help burn up n throw out the unwanted toxic waste..
most people..stick to veg ..coz of culture..becoz of that..u cud..alwayz substitute meat..with a lot os soybeans..coz they r rich in vitamin d..
humans are omnivorous (that means it can consume meat and vegetables). I think healties is a equilibrated diet without excesses from Vegs or Non-Vegs . there are some vitamins you can find in veggies but not in non-veggies or vitamins that exists in non-veggies and can't be found in veggies. So, decide yourself .
Both.
A balanced diet with adequate amount of calories and vitamins and minerals and carbohydrates and proteins and fat is a healthy diet. This can be achieved by both a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian diet. However, it is harder to achieve via a vegetarian diet, because of the lack of protein content in most vegetables. So a vegetarian diet, requires you to be extra careful. Its easier to maintain the balance in a non-vegetarian diet, as long as you dont over eat!!And someone claimed that hormones from the adrenal may cause increased levels in the blood. The claim is not true. There are very limited hormones which can be absorbed by the body via the GIT system. There is no worry there. And like mentioned above, humans are omnivorous. You have both sets of teeth - veg and non-veg. Use them! :)

which field make more money and which is better?:biotechnology or surgery(heart) or physician.?
which field make more money for me,and it is easier than others.
Answers:
Surgeons (let it heart or anything else) make more money compared to other two professions you have listed. None of the professions listed above are easy. You will spend many years in college along with plenty of time doing residency/post doctoral. Weather you should pursue surgery, biotechnology or just be a general physician depends on your personal interest and capacity.
a heart surgeon is a physician. They make alot of money, but also spend very hard years making no money and working 80 hours a week. This is after Medical School by the way. Ask yourself this "Do I want the responsibility of telling a family that their son is dead?" Because you will have that responsibility as a Doctor
Not to burst your bubble, but if you are asking which one is easier than the others, you shouldn't be in any of these fields.Being in medicine requires some kind of passion besides money, or you will come to hate your life very quickly (you will work all the time, and have no time to spend the money you do make).
http://www.studentdoc.com/endocrinology-.Take your choice (except for biotechnology which isn't the highest unless you clone cats for rich people or something strange.) and take your pick by your area. Why not plastic surgery. That's the one word for success. plastics.
Well, if you are looking for something easy, none of the above are, Although I would suggest biotechnology. In medicine, you are dealing with living people and their life is often in your hands especially as a heart surgeon. I would say don't go into the medical field for the money, do it because you want to or do it to help people.
No matter what field you choose, you'll make tons of money if you are willing to work hard, have the right attitude and (sadly) perhaps, ruthless in charging your patients
biotech can take shorter time to go through education. surgens are training till their 40s while most get their PhD by 28

which field in medicine is the best?
is cardiology a better one or not?
Answers:
It really depends on what you mean by "best". If you mean money, plastic surgery is a good option although it does take extra training. If you mean most satisfying, it depends entirely on you and the kind of people and environment you want to be surrounded by. I'll probably go to pediatrics because I love children and I love the idea of helping someone who is "brand new" and somewhat helpless. You should talk to different doctors and ask them why they chose that field. Good luck!
Nero surgeon pays better
What about gynecology; you're always around women..
Cardilogy is good,DEFAMATORY.Skin allergies is best,as patients never get cured nor they die.
Gudds,
It may be better to think of what the medical conditions that you are passionate about. Or what groups of people do you want to serve? People need more doctors who truly care about them rather than seeing them as names on a clipboard.
anything in medicine is enjoyable. I feel that the best field is the one in which you get to help the most people, so probably something like primary health care in a rural setting and something like cardiology in an urban setting where the range of health problems is completely different, As long as you love what you do it will be rewarding, but be warned, there's some serious hard work required.
best meaning most money?. it's one of the higher paying specialties in the field of medicine.best meaning most enjoyable?. it depends on you
Pharmacy. :)
cardiology is one og the most important feild in medicine especially in highly developed and developing countries. lots of people die from cardiovascular diseases. so it is absoulotly a good one.

which factors determine whether the body defense mechanism is inflammation or immunoresponse ?
Answers:
Inflammation is itself an immunoresponse. It is the first response of the immune system to infection or irritation.
immumeresponse results into inflammation. they both are not different phenomenons. 0ne is cause and other is effect.
Well Inflammation occurs when the body (or more specifically the innate immune system) deems whatever it is reacting against a threat. Inflammation is a response. Inflammation occurs becuase more and more leukoycytes are being recruited to the site of infection. With no inflammation the cells of the innate immune system has no way of knowing where to move to.The innate system consisting of cells such as neutrophils and macrophage etc move by chemotaxis in response to cytokines such as interluekin (i think 7). The swelling is due to the epithlial cells becoming "leaky" and allowing the leukocytes to pass between them and move toward the site of infection.Ok i may have rushed my answer a bit but i think you'll get the gist.
