It really depends on what you mean by "best". If you mean money, plastic surgery is a good option although it does take extra training. If you mean most satisfying, it depends entirely on you and the kind of people and environment you want to be surrounded by. I'll probably go to pediatrics because I love children and I love the idea of helping someone who is "brand new" and somewhat helpless. You should talk to different doctors and ask them why they chose that field. Good luck!

It may be better to think of what the medical conditions that you are passionate about. Or what groups of people do you want to serve? People need more doctors who truly care about them rather than seeing them as names on a clipboard.

anything in medicine is enjoyable. I feel that the best field is the one in which you get to help the most people, so probably something like primary health care in a rural setting and something like cardiology in an urban setting where the range of health problems is completely different, As long as you love what you do it will be rewarding, but be warned, there's some serious hard work required.
