Which food is good for health- Veg or Non-Veg?

Some persons say that Non-Veg is not good for health.
Answers:
vegetarian food is the best food - both for you and for the sake of the animals :)
i'm a vegetarian and i'm much healthier and stronger than many of the non-vegetarians i know.
moreover i have the satisfaction of not contributing to the pain of the animals :)i'm posting a link down here under source - visit the website and read all good about vegetarianism. ohh yea.if possible.do watch the videos they have there :)
just fish food
well non veg isnt good for health of the animals. i would think as long as u get protein from an alternate source veg is ok..but an overall healthy diet would be non veg. your choice.
I don't think you can generally say which is healthier.
If you want to live as a Vegetarian you just have to be very careful and find out a lot which veggies contain which minerals etc so that you are not deficient in any of them.
I think lots of Vegetarians don't pay enough attention to that.
Most Non-Vegetarian definitely eat more meat than their body needs.
Its true that non-veg is not good for health..Numerous articles have been published to promote vegetarianism across the world. Not only to balance the ecological system, but also for the better health of human beings..So even I strongly believe that if you're a veggie then there are high chances of leading a healthy life. But given the amount of pesticides and other such chemicals used, one must be careful about the kind of food one should consume.
both da catogories of food is gud if u have a balance diet..veg is important coz..it contains lots of natural fibers..which necessary for ur body to grow..in evry way..non-veg..is important too..coz it contains a lot of vitamin d which enables resist many diseases..but too much of it is unhealthy coz when animals are slaughtered..they have an increase rate of adernal gland in then which causes..anxiety..n anger n frusturation..when we intake them in high quantity..they can cause an increase in our system too which can be a major cause of diseases..such as increase level of anxity..blood pressure.cholestrol..etc..howe. exercises..can help burn up n throw out the unwanted toxic waste..
most people..stick to veg ..coz of culture..becoz of that..u cud..alwayz substitute meat..with a lot os soybeans..coz they r rich in vitamin d..
humans are omnivorous (that means it can consume meat and vegetables). I think healties is a equilibrated diet without excesses from Vegs or Non-Vegs . there are some vitamins you can find in veggies but not in non-veggies or vitamins that exists in non-veggies and can't be found in veggies. So, decide yourself .
Both.
A balanced diet with adequate amount of calories and vitamins and minerals and carbohydrates and proteins and fat is a healthy diet. This can be achieved by both a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian diet. However, it is harder to achieve via a vegetarian diet, because of the lack of protein content in most vegetables. So a vegetarian diet, requires you to be extra careful. Its easier to maintain the balance in a non-vegetarian diet, as long as you dont over eat!!And someone claimed that hormones from the adrenal may cause increased levels in the blood. The claim is not true. There are very limited hormones which can be absorbed by the body via the GIT system. There is no worry there. And like mentioned above, humans are omnivorous. You have both sets of teeth - veg and non-veg. Use them! :)
