Which is the worst diseaseof mankind, taking ito account rate of incidence, suffering caused & death rate?

Please also say which one you fear most and
why do you think nature or God ntroduced them.
Answers:
"Intentional stupidity"Sorry, I know it's not a physical disease per se, but it's a societal ill that seems to be spreading on a daily basis.
gotta say cancer it kills so many and yet no cure that or aids if something else i dont know
more people die in the world from diarrheal diseases. after that it's cancer. the only diseases that freak me out are parasitic diseases (not because they are so bad, but because, well, ewwww), and i don't believe in god, all diseases occur in nature.
ignorance.so as to some day awaken and no longer be asleep.
influenza, and there is no god
Heart Disease and Cancer.
AIDS! its becoming rampant anyway! it kills you slowly, painfully, wretchedly!
in medical view i think its plaque
in my point of view its ignorance because all the diseases we have is because of ignorance and thinking we are always right
I have to agree with Wheezer. Stupidly is enormously common, a cause of great suffering and premature death. Large numbers of people do very stupid things, e.g. drinking, drugs, smoking, no seat belts, speeding, 'silly stunts', etc. Maybe the worst 'side effect' of all this stupidity is that often innocent victims are hurt more than the 'perpetrators'.Einstein said 'common sense is genius, because common sense is not very common'.Best wishes.
The true answer is viruses. This is not my opinion, it is pure fact. They kill more people than cancer and heart disease combined, simply because they kill so many people in third world countries, where the people do not suffer from heart disease because they dont have the junk food diet that us westerners have, or they dont live long enough to get cancer. Even in western countries they kill more people (think flu). Viruses are deadly, there are millions of different types and they are constantly mutating so hardly any sufficient treatment is available.
in the communicable diseases; AIDS
in the non-communicable; coronary heart disease and cancer.
