North America and Africa seem to top the list of countries worrying about West Nile Virus..but where else? I'm looking mainly for 1st world nations, but any contributions would be welcome.

WNV is an issue in Canada and the United States.I included a link to a Canadian site in regards to WNV
I have lived in many countries and down in the Ecuador , we found the mosquitoes carried much less disease the moor isolated they were from man. after checking further it appears that they may be breading in our sewer systems and then biting us again. Needs much Moore research Good luck

Country's with tropical climate are at the most risk.
If you wear bug spray, you don't have to worry about getting it.
